Cataract Exams
Cataracts are normal part of aging in the human eyes. Cataracts can cause a wide variety of changes from changing a patient’s prescription, to causing glare at night, to completely opacifying a patient’s line of sight. Dr. Yee examines and assesses all patients with cataracts until they are ready for Cataract extraction. If a patient is significantly impacted by the cataracts and can no longer be refracted to a better visual acuity, she discusses options for cataract extraction. She has an extensive network of local cataract surgeons if and when a patient is ready for the surgery. We offer pre and post-operative cataract surgery care as well.
